CHENGDU

Day 1: Our guide will pick you up upon arrival and escort you to the hotel. Enjoy free time the rest of the day.

Day 2: Breakfast. Visit Wangjiang Bamboo Park, interact with local people and practice Taiji. Lunch. Visit the Sichuan brocade factory outlet to learn about brocade production. Tour Wenshu Monastery. Dinner is on your own. Optional: Hot-pot dinner and/or Sichuan variety show (Sichuan opera, mask changing show, puppet show, etc.).

Day 3: Breakfast. Visit Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding and Research Center. Optional: pet/hug a panda. Lunch is at a local restaurant. Tour Wuhou Temple. Dinner is at a local restaurant.

Day 4: Breakfast. Our guide will send you off for your next destination.

GUANGZHOU

Day 1: Our guide will pick you up upon arrival and escort you to the hotel. Enjoy free time the rest of the day.

Day 2: Breakfast. Tour Baiyun Mountain with cable car. Lunch on your own. Dinner and show at Chimalong Circus.

Day 3: Breakfast. Family visits Beijing Road and has lunch while there. Pear River Dinner Cruise in the evening with dinner included.

Day 4 & 5: Tour Yuexiu Park, the Five Ram Statues, The Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall and the Tomb of King Nanyue Kindgom.

Day 6: Breakfast. Our guide will send you off for your next destination, whether you’re coming back to the US, or going to another Legacy Journey City!

GUILIN

Day 1: Our guide will pick you up upon arrival and escort you to the hotel. Enjoy free time the rest of the day.

Day 2: Breakfast. Tour the Elephant Trunk Hill and Seven Star Park. Lunch. Tour the Reed Flute Cave and a local university campus. Dinner is on your own. Optional: Ethnic singing and dancing show at a local theater.

Day 3: Breakfast. Cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo with lunch on board. Enjoy this enigmatic town with breathtaking scenery. Ride a bicycle (or an electric car) to explore the countryside. Return to Guilin in the evening. Dinner on your own.

Day 4: Breakfast. Our guide will send you off for your next destination.

SHANGHAI

Day 1: Our guide will pick you up upon arrival and escort you to the hotel. Enjoy free time the rest of the day.

Day 2: Breakfast. Tour the Yu Yuan Garden and Cheng Huang Miao old town marketplace. Lunch. Tour the old French Concession area and Xintiandi. Dinner is on your own

Day 3: Breakfast. Tour the Jade Buddha Temple. Lunch. Tour Nanjing Road, the People’s Square, and the Bund. Dinner.

Day 4: Visit the Shanghai Zoo, and then take the Huangpu River Cruise with dinner included.

Day 5: Breakfast. Our guide will send you off for your next destination, whether you’re coming home to the US, or setting off for another Legacy Journey city!

XIAN

Day 1: Our guide will pick you up upon arrival and escort you to the hotel. Enjoy free time the rest of the day, whether you’re coming from another city in China or from the US!

Day 2: Breakfast. Tour the City Wall, Optional: bike riding on the city wall. Lunch is at the awarding winning dumpling restaurant – Jiaozi Dumpling. Tour the Muslim Neighborhood and the Great Mosque. Grand Tang Dynasty Dinner Show.

Day 3: Breakfast. Visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. Lunch. Tour the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Dinner is on your own.

Day 4: Breakfast. Our guide will send you off for your next destination or back to the US!
